REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Donations
All donations made to the Himalayan Trust for Natural History Art (HTNHA) through our website are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, we are unable to provide a refund. We appreciate your support for our conservation and art education initiatives.
Course Fees & Workshops
For registrations related to art workshops or other courses
Cancellations by the Participant
If you cancel your registration 15 days or more before the start date, a refund of 50% will be provided. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after that.
Cancellations by HTNHA
In the unlikely event that a course or workshop is canceled by the Trust due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the registration fee will be issued to the participant.
